Born and raised in Green River, Wyoming, spent his youth outdoors, where self-reliance, perseverance, and a love for challenge took root. At just 13 years old, he earned his National Ski Patrol Outdoor Emergency Care qualification, serving the next three years as a volunteer patroller dedicated to helping others in times of need.
Following high school, Tim pursued his passion for culinary arts, graduating from culinary school and spending four years learning under world-class chefs. His craft took him into fine dining leadership, eventually serving as Executive Sous Chef and Food & Beverage Manager at an Arnold Palmer resort near Crater Lake, Oregon.
Life’s seasons brought Tim home to Wyoming to be with his ailing father, where he transitioned into safety services—training oil and gas workers for hazardous environments, teaching fire safety, assisting with confined space rescue training, and supporting National Mine Rescue Competitions. His path later led him into the underground coal mining industry, where he worked with diligence but carried his father’s guiding words in his mind: “Go make a life for yourself—don’t follow in my shoes as a miner.”
In 2021, Tim answered a deeper calling by joining Apogee Strong, a global movement dedicated to cultivating modern-day heroes—mentoring boys into men, guiding fathers to lead with purpose, and helping women and girls step into their fullest potential. The mission resonated deeply with his values of family, faith, and leadership.
Now rooted once again in the community that raised him, Tim is committed to paying it forward—investing in others, building leaders, and strengthening the bonds of family. An avid outdoorsman, he finds meaning in teaching principles of sovereignty, self-reliance, and the enduring freedoms protected by the U.S. Constitution.
He believes nature is both a refuge and a proving ground, offering lessons in perseverance that serve through every season of life.
Inspired by the example of great men before him, Timothy Watts continues to live with intention—serving others, seeking wisdom, and building a legacy of strength, honor, and purpose.
Born in Montana and raised in New Mexico from the age of ten, Graciela “Grace” Watts grew up surrounded by creativity, movement, and expression. Throughout high school, she dedicated countless hours to the dance studio and local musical theatre, honing her discipline, stage presence, and passion for the performing arts.
Pursuing her dream, Grace moved to New York City to attend the prestigious American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), specializing in dance. Immersed in the world of performing arts, she trained in dance, musical theatre, singing, acting, dance history, and cultural studies—broadening both her artistry and worldview. Just as her opportunities were blossoming, life delivered an unexpected challenge: a broken ankle that altered her path but never dimmed her drive.
After the birth of their son, Grace and her young family relocated to Klamath Falls, Oregon. Over the next several years, she advanced through numerous hospitality positions—including Banquet Captain, Restaurant Assistant Manager, Banquet Manager, Food & Beverage Coordinator, and Sales Manager—all while balancing family life and preparing to welcome their second child, a daughter.
The Watts family later returned to Green River, Wyoming, where Grace combined her love for movement and teaching into a thriving role as a gymnastics instructor. Her passion for helping young people grow extends beyond the gym—she also serves with the Green River After School Program (GRASP), creating opportunities for students to learn, connect, and thrive. On top of her already full schedule, Grace shares her artistry as a dance instructor at Artistry in Motion, where she inspires students to express themselves through movement, discipline, and creativity.
When she’s not teaching, Grace embraces life’s adventures—spending time outdoors, traveling with her family, and soaking in Wyoming’s beauty before winter’s chill sets in. Whether in the studio, on the floor, or in the community, she leads with dedication, heart, and an unwavering commitment to inspiring others to grow.
